Guidelines for Using Customer Support:

    1. If you have a question about the Web Cooking Classes program, it can most likely be answered in our Frequently Asked Questions page. Please check here first because this could be the fastest way to get your issue resolved.
    2. To contact Customer Support, please fill out a Customer Support Ticket (see link below). DO NOT reply to an email you receive from us from any other email because it will not be seen.
    3. Normal response time is 48 hours. Please do not submit additional customer support inquiries for the same issue within that time frame. It will not increase response rate.
    4. All inquiries (including those made by phone) will be responded to via Email from Support@WebCookingClasses.com. Please add this email to your Address Book to ensure you receive messages from us AND please check your Spam Folder.
    5. If you are having trouble logging in to the Members Area, the most common reason is using the wrong email address as your username. You must use the email address associated with your membership (the one with which you purchased). Please see the top Question on our FAQs page HERE for detailed instructions on troubleshooting login issues.
