{"id":16713,"date":"2012-12-18T17:23:41","date_gmt":"2012-12-18T17:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webcookingclasses.com\/?p=16713"},"modified":"2017-11-06T17:09:05","modified_gmt":"2017-11-06T17:09:05","slug":"holiday-sweets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/webcookingclasses.com\/holiday-sweets\/","title":{"rendered":"Twas The Night Before Holiday Treats"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"center\">\n<h2>My favorite holiday treats are the ones that are warm, chocolaty and remind me of childhood at Christmastime.<br \/>\nMy favorite is Chocolate Souffle for the holidays.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/embed\/xr0yFiHwjlc\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>Twas the night before Christmas and in HIS house this day,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Chef Todd Mohr was stirring, making chocolate souffl\u00e9!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chocolate is melted softly with care,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>in hopes that Christmas dessert soon would be there.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Some cocoa and cream are added instead,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>of dreaming of Fruitcake, that heavy and dead.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Three egg yolks and flour are added in a snap,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Right to the chocolate, in this Christmas rap.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Whipping six egg whites makes such a clatter.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>And if they\u2019re not stiff, then something\u2019s the matter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fold these two together, I did in a flash.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Then spoon into cups.
