I am a Member and Can’t Login

If you are a new Member, please check your Email (and SPAM folder) for a Welcome Email from us. This email has a lot of important and useful information on setting up your membership, logging in, and getting started.

The most common reason for login issues is in the Email Address, which is your Username. Your Username is your Membership Email Address – the one you used to purchase. This is also the one to which your Welcome Email is sent. You will use your Membership Email Address (Username) to Create Your Membership Password HERE. If you are not able to login after creating a password, you are most likely using the wrong email address or there was a typo in the email address when the order form was submitted.
