If you received a confirmation and/or receipt upon placing your online order, please rest assured it has been received by us and is in process. Our DVD manufacturer ships out DVDs within 2-3 days from the warehouse in Nebraska, USA. If you live in the United States, please allow 7-10 business days after that timeframe to receive your order.
