Awesome! This brings to mind fried clams or breaded and fried clams. Maybe a segment on suggested breading or meat rubs would be handy — I’ve always wondered just what ingredients went in the commercial breading that EVERY piece of chicken or fish seems to have, regardless of purchased at a mega-mart deli or restaurant… they all taste the same! And with summer here, rubs for ‘protein products’ would be a good idea. Who knows, maybe you cover that in an episode that I haven’t seen yet —
